Are there subconscious causes of insomnia? Some have wondered if the reason they have trouble sleeping is because of some traumatic event that happened to them when they were younger.

A number of people have had trouble sleeping ever since they were kids. Some of them say when they were kids, they were always afraid of going to sleep in the dark.
