Law of Attraction Workshop and the Subconscious Mind

If you think you understand the law of attraction but you don't have a grasp on how the subconscious mind works, then you most likely aren't getting the results you desire. As you probably know, law of attraction workshops teach that the universe just brings you more of what you already have—whether that refers to feelings, money, or opportunities. You could say the universe is on auto-pilot in a way. The problem with this is that our brain's also like to function on auto-pilot. This is why it's so critical to understand the subconscious if you actively use the Law of Attraction.

Our brains are made up of two parts: the conscious and subconscious. The conscious mind is the part of our thoughts that we are aware of. Our conscious mind is what we think of when we say "I" or "me." This part of the brain isnoton auto-pilot, but it is only responsible for about 3% of what manifests in our lives. The conscious mind focuses on one thing at a time and it is where we actively think, analyze, and use logic.

On the other hand, the subconscious mind is responsible for about 97% of what manifests in our lives. It is like a sponge soaking up and recording everything, while our conscious minds are left to process all of this data. Additionally, the subconscious mind is monitoring all of our bodily functions and what the 5 senses are perceiving at every moment. The subconscious mind remembers every detail of our lives and can do billions of things at once. How often does it get distracted from all of this tedium? Never. In order to do all of this though, the subconscious mind runs on auto-pilot without logic, analysis, and thought. It is like the world's most sophisticated, fastest processing computer.

Since the Law of Attraction tells us that the energy we are giving off is attracting more of that same energy to us, if we don't know what sort of auto-pilot functions our subconscious minds have, we can be lost, confused, and frustrated. An example of the subconscious mind's auto-pilot program could be, for example, when it perceives the emotion of romance or falling in love, it automatically links this to a lack of trust. The subconscious mind doesn't know that it is sabotaging us because it doesn't think or analyze. The conscious mind only knows that none of the relationships are working out.

A crucial part of achieving the things you dream of is using your conscious mind to identify the unwanted and unproductive patterns of the subconscious mind, then wield it's 3% of the control to change those ingrained habits. How do you reprogram the subconscious mind's auto-pilot? Affirmations, visualization, meditation, vision boards, and doing gratitude exercises are all very effective and proven ways to do this. Rest assured, changing the subconscious mind is very do-able. Anyone can do it with 100% dedication and effort.
