How to Solve Stress: Self-confidenceOne of the ways to solve stress is by becoming more self-confident. You probably know those people who always come late. They seem not to care that they are late. They have a big smile and almost everybody accepts it. When you think you'll be late it will give you stress. I don't want to tell you that you should be a latecomer and be happy with it. But when it does happen, it would be nice not to be stressed and just relaxed. Of course this counts for other situations, where you could be more relaxed instead of stressed. It's necessary to be self-confident if you want to be relaxed in a stressing situation. So I'll give you some ideas about how to establish self-confidence. 1. Skip the words 'I can't' and 'I have to'. Do this consistently, so within a few weeks you really don't use them anymore It is possible to follow all five bits of advice simultaneously.
