Stress is everywhere.....and is a common occurrence in everyday life for everybody. We face difficulties in our entire life and it may due to emotional, mental(behavioral) or even physical. They could have an impact on our daily lives and the body will thus react in various ways to manage or cope with the situation itself.

The categories of stress can be generally separated into:

Emotional - This form of stress if in its highly developed stage can lead to distress or anguish.

Mental (Behavioral) - Stress can also affect our behavior and thinking.

Physical - Many physical disorders can derived from Physical stress.

When Stress goes beyond simple health issues, it can develop into number of physical issues:

1)Immune system is affected by Chronic stress

2)The weight of person is affected as when stressed the body stimulates and increases appetite.

3)Digestive system is also affected and may result in diarrhea

4)Cardiovascular system is affected too and this would increase the blood pressure in the body.

5)Many sexual issues are caused by stress and it can ruin a person's sexual life.

6)Stress messes the body's internal balance and results in depression, anxiety, anger and tension.

7)Stress can cause insomnia(sleeplessness) to a person and also keeps the brain active.
