Remember first impressions are everything. · Word of mouth has always been a good way to find a job for teens. Perhaps your mom or dad knows someone that will allow you to work for them for 10-15 hours a week. If you are an employer and need someone to file for a few hours a day or vacuum your office in the evenings think about hiring a teen. Not only do you have to pay them just minimum wage but they will be on their way in the workforce. That little bit of money that you pay them each week will have a great impact on them and their future. It may be just enough to put gas in their car each week or you may be helping them pay for their college books next semester. Teens, if given the opportunity do a wonderful job for the most part and with a little direction they can make a fine addition to your company.
