It’s extremely easy to not stay on task when working online or on your pc,

I personally have this problem and spend ages networking on sites like MySpace and Facebook or just in general searching the internet and ending up at a video on YouTube it’s a huge distraction and can send you right off course when you are trying to get things done!

I recommend creating yourself a To do list the night before you know you’re going to be working on your computer for a long lengthy period.

they can increase productivity greatly and some programs i have tried you can set reminders and give yourself deadlines

you will soon find when you start creating to do lists that if you follow them step by step and work to the completion of a to do list you will find your now getting the stuff you want to do and achieve your computer and online is done!
