At the end of the experiment, they had faster resting heart rates, higher systolic blood pressures, and a drop in their heart’s maximum pumping capacity.

In the January 2008 issue of Archives of Internal Medicine, doctors in London found out that the cells of those who enjoyed leisure time exercise showed slower cell aging. Their cells appeared the same size as inactive people ten years younger. Sounds amazing right?

In line with this, it can be said that the most efficient anti-aging tips are exercise-oriented. Therefore try developing a healthy routine of exercises at least five days a week. Participate in activities that will raise your heart rate to that of jogging.
