How Japanese cope with Economic Stress at Work?

Hasan Yahya, Ph.D

Japan workers and stress. What they do to get rid of stress at manufacturing firms. Thousands line up every hour to play, jump, aerobics, laugh, and bend over, and back. Can American do the same. Many will say, I will get out to have a damn cigarette. It will not take more than an hour, because it is restricted in the factory area boundaries. If I need more than one cigarette , then see you tomorrow at noon. Because my daughter is going to her doctor at 10.00 O'clock. Are we changing the stagnation of our economy, I think we can, but our government, is waiting all our efforts in spending our money abroad. We give, as our government says, "We give assistance to our friends, not the poor, as you may think, friends, like Israel to suppress the Palestinians, to Egypt, to suppress the Muslim Brothers, and to Palestinian Authority to stop Hamas, or to South Korea to stand tall before North Korea.  Americans try to believe the unbelievable. These billions have to be saved for the Americans in their land. Not to be wasted and spent on wars, assistances, and the like.

In terms of American workers, recently millions lost their jobs and the number is increasing. It is time for America to look inside for rehabiltation of our economy. Before helping others out, we have to help ourselves in our nation. Don't you think so? We have to see the smile again on our kids faces while both parents work is secured and not threatened by bad economy.
