It is a very simple mathematical formula.   If you eat more calories than you use the body makes the balance into FAT.  So the best way to lose weight fast is to do two things:

1)            Eat fewer calories.  Notice I said eat l fewer Calories not eat less.

2)            Use more calories than you eat.  Notice I didn't say Exercise.

The best thing is to determine a balance between the two.  Generate by eating goods like fruits, fresh vegetables and healthy well balanced meals.  Consume calories by walking, running, bike riding, PLAYING, not necessarily by boring exercises or weight lifting..
