Nowadays, the number of people who are suffering from sub-health is greatly increasing. According to the traditional Chinese medicine, sub-health is caused by many reasons which connect with modern life ways like rapid life pace, severe competition, strong pressure, bad habits and environmental pollution. Therefore, it is necessary for people to maintain adequate sleep.

The third way is to treat pressure well. The reason for people to feel tried is that the mentality makes the human body nervous at first. Therefore, it is necessary to let ourselves escape from nervous mentality. It is unavoidable to come across many hardships and difficulties during the process of struggling for survival in the society. People must learn to deal with various challenges and maintain psychological balance through mental regulation.

The fourth way to avoid sub-health is to take outdoor activities. Nowadays, highly developed modern substantial and cultural life keeps people far from the sunlight and fresh air. Many people always stay in the house, facing with air conditioning, computers and televisions. Under such conditions, it is easy for people to be annoyed and flagging. Therefore, people should take at least half an hour every day to take a walk outside to breathe fresh air containing high concentration of negative oxygen ions.

These four ways to avoid sub-health are not independent. In order to alleviate and avoid sub-health, people must make full use of these four ways and draw the strong points of them to improve the health situation rapidly.
