Menopause is not a disease condition but rather a time in a woman's life when she stops seeing her normal menstruation which means that it is expected that women at this stage would loose their power to procreate.

(a)    Hot flashes
This is a condition most commonly experienced during menopause. This has been found to be caused by among other things spicy foods so it could be overcome by limiting spicy food to the barest minimum.
