Looking better doesn't have to take hours, in fact all you need are a few tips that will get your on your way.
1) Are you blushing? Blush can make anyone instantly more attractive, the flush of color to your cheeks will give you a healthy glow. With a little practice and the right shades you can have natural looking blush that doesn't leave you looking like a clown. With so many shades to choose from: pink, peach, plum or berry it can be hard to know which shades are right for you. The best way to figure out your natural cheek tone it to give yourself a good pinch. Go ahead, pinch your cheeks, the shade that develops right after you pinch is your ideal flushed color for your skin tone. Remember that color, or give yourself a pinch the next time you're shopping for blush.
2) Lose excess weight. This is the key factor for becoming more attractive, which in turn can be very hard for some people. Losing excess weight can shed years off of your appearance and will make you look more appealing in clothes. The secret to losing weight and keeping it off, is to find a program that you can stick with long term. If you go on a crash diet, the weight will come off quickly, but you will put the weight right back on as soon as you go off. We've all been there, and it just doesn't work.
3) Flirty lashes. There's a fine line between fake lashes that make you look like a drag queen and lashes that subtly make your eyes stand out. If going for the latter of the two, I recommend staying away from the long bands of lashes and instead opt for small clusters of lashes. Using tweezers, dip each cluster in eye lash glue and then apply to the outside corners of your eyes. With a little practice you can create a food lash line that everyone will think is your own.
4) Eat better and drink water. Like number two, eating better will not only help you to shed weight, but your skin and hair will look much better. When you deny your body of proper nutrients it shows in your skin. You will have a dull appearance and your skin will be rough. When you're eating properly, and drinking more water you will look much better overall. People will wonder how you achieve your radiance. Am to eat 4-5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day, and if you can afford it opt for organic or locally grown produce. Staying away from chemicals and processed foods is the best defense against premature aging.
5) Exercise. Exercise will not only help you to lose weight and tone up, but with a diligent exercise routine, you will be as pretty as a fashion model! With exercise, your skin will firm up and glow. You will also notice any acne or regular breakouts will clear up. Just 30 minutes of cardio a day can greatly improve your attractiveness. Your confidence will soar, which in turn is the most important part of being attractive.
