Number one: Define your goal and work out a plan. Figure out what exactly your goal is, and decide how much time you will contribute to this goal. Keep in mind that reachable goals are specific, simple, significant, strategic, tangible, and consistent with your values. Top achievers know that to reach their goals, the brain must know exactly, precisely, what they are trying to accomplish. Be specific. Your brain can help you accomplish almost anything if it knows precisely what you are aiming for.

Number two: Figure out what you need in order to complete your goal. In order to reach your goal, you will need a plan, a path, and a vehicle for getting there. Number three: Sit down and go over your actual life schedule to set aside time to work on your goal. Remember that reachable goals are measurable and rational. A goal without a measurable outcome is just a pipe-dream. Your goals should be just out of reach, but not out of sight. You want to stretch to be your best, not strain after impossible dreams.

Number four: Review, revise, and reward. Implement and review your plan. See how everything is going, and take note of your progress. If you find that it isn't working for you, then you might want to revise and fix your plan a bit. Don't punish yourself if things aren't quite working out. Number five: Remember that everything takes time. Be committed towards achieving your goal, and be patient in making it happen. Besides, a goal that is properly set is halfway reached.
