How to Attract Your Ideal Partner Through Meditation

Do you know that you can attract anything fast and easy through meditation? Meditation is when you are in the relaxed state of mind and body. In this article I will teach you on how to attract your ideal partner through meditation.

You can either sit or lie, whichever is comfortable for you. Close your eyes, take a deep breath and affirm to yourself as you exhale, "my body is now relaxing." Take another breath and affirm, as you exhale, "My mind is now relaxing". Take one last deep breath and affirm as you exhale " I am now letting everything go..."

Now, you are completely relaxed. Choose an affirmation that you want to give to your body and mind. Visualize the man or woman of your dream standing in front of you and talking to you. In your imagination you must learn to use your five senses. Touch his or her hand, look at the eyes, listen to his or her voice, smell the perfume he or she is using and lick his or her hand. Affirm to yourself something like this, "This the right person for me, he is here with me now and we will be together and happy ever after." While in the state of subconscious, if excitement and enthusiasm arises to support the affirmation, all the better, the stronger the feeling, the sooner the reality you wish to create manifests. Always picture yourself as having completely fulfilled the affirmation.

Enjoy yourself, don't work too hard at this. Have fun with your creative imagination. Never force things to happen because it will never happen. The key here is you must feel the joy and enthusiasm.

Please remember that the more energy you put into your affirmations, the sooner you will experience the results. Don't worry if you cannot visualize (some people just cannot visualize), you just need to feel it, imagine it. By doing so you are creating that reality in your thoughts and in your emotions. Soon a vast, deep reservoir of power in you, the power of your subconscious mind, your connection with the infinite intelligence will bring about in physical reality what you are meditating.

Do this preferably in the morning or at night time right before you go to sleep. Do it around 10 to 20 minutes. When you are done with your meditation, take another 3 deep breaths and exhale and you may open your eyes. When you do this, you will feel so relax and confident.
