Overcoming fear by using the law of attraction might be a new concept to you, but it shouldn't be because if you are familiar with the law of attraction you know that it can be used in any number of ways to enhance your life.

The first thing to realize about fear is that it is not a lack of courage. Living without fear does not make you a hero, it makes you inhuman. Being human means that you have fears, it's a natural human emotion. It's how you deal with fear that matters.

Our fears are most often caused by insecurities deep inside of us, using the law of attraction you can overcome these insecurities and fears. You can use the same methods here that you would use to achieve any desire using the law of attraction. After all you have a desire to overcome fear, so why shouldn't you manifest this desire the same as the desire for money, happiness or anything else? Here are 3 steps to overcome fear:

1. Determine your worst fear

You can't just bundle all of your fears together and do away with them all at once. So isolate the worst fear you have and begin working on it using the law of attraction.

2. Make a plan

Once you have isolated the fear, face it and make a plan to overcome that fear through affirmations.

3. Visualize yourself without that fear. Face the cause of the fear. Develop a positive attitude and feel that the fear does not exist. You have overcome that fear.

When you feel that you have conquered your worst fear, go on to the next big one. Don't worry about the small fears, you will always have them, we all do it's only human. Conquer the big paralyzing ones using the law of attraction.
