So how do you use affirmations? Here is a 3 step guide for using positive affirmations

Step 1:Take the list you have and find the 3 sentences you would most like to start working on. These are the ones you will be working on for the next month.

Step 2:Sit every morning for half an hour. Take one positive sentence and read it to yourself. Imagine how it will be to already have it. Don't worry if you can't find the feeling place right away, it takes time and practice. Do this for 10 minutes with every affirmation.

Step 3:Once you finish, let it go mentally and continue with your day. Repeat this process for at least 30 days, and you will start observing positive subtle changes regarding the subjects you are working on.

Wealth:

"I enjoy an endless stream of abundance and wealth"

"I know there is an endless stream of abundance waiting for me"

Self esteem:
