Manifesting Life Goals Using The Law Of Attraction

Your life goals are something that you need to think about very carefully. Many people don't give much thought to what it is that they actually want out of life, and so it is little wonder that they don't actually get it! Using the Law of Attraction puts you in charge of your own destiny. It can bring you anything you want in life- but you have to know what it is that you want.

Choosing your life goals is one of the most important decisions you will ever make. So many people fail to set their life goals, and spend time regretting the things they didn't do. But the fact is it is never too late to be what you want to be. Setting your life goals can be done at any stage of your life, and, of course, your goals can always change and grow with your knowledge and life experiences. Life goals are never static! Life goals keep you motivated and able to move through the tough times and follow your dreams. Finding out what it is that motivates you will give you power to be just as happy as you can be.

But what are your life goals? If you have not been used to thinking about what you want out of life, but have been allowing yourself to drift like a rudderless ship, actually deciding what your life goals are can be very daunting.

Look at your day to day activities. What hobbies do you enjoy? What do you spend your free time doing? Do you find that when you are engaged in these activities, your thoughts and energies are devoted to that task and you completely lose track of time, maybe even forgetting to eat because you are so absorbed? If so, then pursuit of this activity could form one of your life goals. Look at your job- are there parts of it that you particularly enjoy and are good at? Maybe these could be developed as a life goal. As children, we are very good at coming up with all sorts of ideas of what we want to do or be in life, but as we get older, we tend to put these dreams on the back shelf as the realism of adulthood makes us think we have to be more ‘realistic'.

Dust off those dreams and re-examine them. Are there any that are still relevant? Talk to your friends and your family. They may recall some of your old dreams, or just talking things through may help you to feel a spark of enthusiasm for some aspect of your life.

If you are really struggling to come up with anything, the Law of Attraction can help you. Write down the intention ‘I am so happy and grateful now that I know what my life goals are'. Read it at least twice daily, and each time you do, conjure up how you would feel if you knew exactly what your life goals were- would you feel happy, joyful, or content? Imagine how it would make you feel and let this feeling wash over you, then release it to the universe. Trust that you will soon discover what your life goals are.

Make a note of anything that comes into your mind over the next few days. This could be anything from a vague feeling about one of your hobbies to a hunch to visit a certain web site. Don't ignore these hunches- follow them to see where they lead. Eventually you will begin to develop a clear picture of the things in your life which excite you and make you feel truly alive, and the pursuit of these should form the basis of your life goals.

Of course, once you set life goals and start to pursue them, you will be inspired to set more complex goals. This is part of the natural process of setting life goals, and you should be prepared to change or add to your goals as your life progresses.

Once you know what your life goals are, you will be in a position to use the Law of Attraction to help you to achieve them.
