How many times have you said 'I wish my life could be happier'? Sometimes things seem to go along pretty smooth and then something happens to throw you for a loop and you are right down in the pits again. The tendency is to dwell on the bad parts of life and not to remember the good. If you sit down and take inventory I bet you will find that the good times far out number the bad.
Problems are always going to pop up, and when they do it's easy to look on the dark side of life. The secret to a happy life using the law of attraction requires you to have an optimistic view of life. If you have a tendency to expect the worst, this may take some work on your part.
Being thankful for the blessings in our life is a good way to start. One of the reasons for unhappiness is being too self centered, and dwelling on your troubles as if you were the only person on earth beset with these woes. Look at all of the people that are in a worse condition than you and feel compassion for them. Your problems won't seem so overwhelming.
Using the principles of the law of attraction you will be able to manifest a happy life.
1. Make a list of the things that bring happiness to your life.
While you are listing the things that make you happy, think about the things that you want to achieve to make it more happy. These are your dreams. With your tendency to dwell on the bad parts of your life you may have forgotten your dreams.
2. Learn to love yourself
Think of your good points, believe it or not you have a lot of them. In fact let me prove it to you. Take a piece of paper and draw a line down the middle. On one side list all of your good traits, on the other side list your bad traits. I'm betting that the good will far out number the bad. If they don't, you've got some work to do building a better you.
3. Develop a plan
Nothing happens without action. You must make a plan of the steps you are going to take to make your life happier and stick to it. Keep a positive outlook on life.
4. Start manifesting your happier life
Every morning go over the list of things that make you happy and the things you plan to accomplish to make your life happier. Give thanks.
Do the same thing at night before going to bed and as many times during the day as possible.
