The Law of Attraction - 5 Essential Steps to Quickly Bring About the Manifestation of Your Desires

If you are having trouble using the Law of Attraction to manifest what you want, here are the steps that have always worked for me. Make a list of your desires, and pick the most important one to work on first. These 5 steps have usually brought me what I want in under thirty days.

Step 1

Once you have chosen the goal that is your priority, make a list that will includeeverythingthat would be involved if your goal or desire had just been manifested.

For example, if you are an office worker and you want a new job or a promotion, would you have your own office? A corner office, perhaps? What kind of a view would you have?

Describe the furniture, the equipment, - everything right down to the flooring and whether or not there would be plants. Include the type of people you would be working with and for, and the wonderful salary you would be earning.

Step 2

From the information on this list, create a scene either on paper or in your mind - and make this scene as vivid and realistic as you possibly can. Write it in such a way that it will generate the feelings you know you would experience if your desire had already been manifested. Once again,do not skimp on the details.

Read over this scene at least once every morning and once just before you go to sleep, - let it sink into your mind and your imagination.

Step 3

From this scene, create a short, positive affirmation that vibrates harmoniously with how you will feel once you have successfully manifested your desire. In a manner of speaking, each of us vibrates to a different tune, and what would work for me would not necessarily work for you.

I will, however, give you an example of what I have personally used with great success. When I was looking for a better job, I completed steps 1 and 2, and for step 3, the affirmation I used was, "I am in my true place, and doing what I love to do. I am lavishly rewarded and joyously fulfilled."

Step 4

Find a quiet place where you can relax. A relaxed state is the most important key to your ability to successfully manifest what you want. The state of relaxation is key to achieving an Alpha state of mind, and our desires are most quickly communicated to the Universe when we are in this Altered State of Consciousness.

Step 5

Repeat slowly and lovingly the affirmation you have written, while at the same time allowing the scene you wrote about it to play out in your imagination. Release all mental blockages and thoughts of limitations as you continue to repeat your affirmation. Do this for between ten and fifteen minutes only, but do it morning, noon, and night.

I know that the most difficult thing here is probably Step 4, because it's very hard to relax when you want or need something badly, but the ability to get into an Altered State of Consciousness is absolutely essential if you are going to succeed quickly in the manifestation of your desires. I've learned that Zen Monks can attain this state almost instantly, but it takes them years of intensive training first.
