What is the Law of Attraction, and Can it Help You?

The Law of Attraction is an irrefutable Law that can best be summed up as,What You Think About, You Bring About, and from the moment you realize and accept that this Law has existed since thinking beings began to roam the earth, you can use it to totally transform any situation in your life.

Everything that has happened in your life right up until now is the result of your thinking, - the mental patterns of thought and energy to which you have become accustomed through your beliefs.

By changing your thoughts, you can eliminate anything you no longer want in your life, and manifest anything that youdo wantin your life.

The only problem here is that our thinking patterns are difficult to change, and by the time we have reached an age where we are capable of independent thought, those patterns may be so ingrained that we are unaware of the beliefs behind them.

Those beliefs, which were originally impressed upon us before we were capable of critical thought, have now become such an unquestioned part of our experience that they form barriers between us and the good things we want to manifest in our lives.

If you want to use the Law of Attraction to change your life, the first thing you need to do is to become aware of your beliefs, most particularly in the areas where you desire change.

One way to examine your beliefs is to look at where you are in your life right now.

If you lack money, ask yourselfwhy. Don't just answer, "Because I don't have any," or, "Because I lost my job."

No matter what you think the straightforward answer is, go deeper. Try and go back in time, in a manner of speaking.

What were you taught about money?

Were you taught that it's hard to get money? That only people who are (fiil in the blanks) educated, lucky, well-connected, or crooked end up rich.

Do the same thing with every other change you would like to make in your life. Dig beneath the surface to find out what beliefs you have allowed to limit your thinking.

Very often, just discovering the belief will cause it to dissolve and free up your ability to choose your thoughts.

Once you are free to choose the kind of thoughts that you want to become true facts in your life, take some time every day and repeat, in a short, affirmative phrase written in the present, that you have, or are, what you want.

Continue this exercise, and in a short time what seemed impossible will become fact in your life. You will have used your new thoughts to cause the Law of Attraction to magnetize what you want from the Universe.
