It really comes down to just a play on words. If you view adding an extra $ 500 a month as a miracle, then you really can manifest miracles. People that sell books and CDs and teach others to invest or provide a needed service are giving something of value in exchange for that money. It may start to flow in large amounts for them, but they are still playing by the rule of give to get.
