Using Faith and Belief to Achieve Success

What is faith and how can it be applied towards more success? It can be difficult to use faith if you don't understand what it really is. So, what is it really? Most people and religions will define faith as belief, trust, or belief without proof. It is true that true faith can begin with belief and trust but this is far from the real meaning.

The bible defines faith as "the EVIDENCE of things NOT SEEN" (emphasis added). Read the preceding sentence carefully and the meaning becomes clear. Faith is the EVIDENCE of things not seen. Evidence is something that makes plain or clear or that which tends to prove or disprove something, i.e. "proof". Faith is the PROOF of things not seen and can never be confused with mere belief. Faith is KNOWING without seeing...and knowing is a much stronger and more profound indicator of truth than belief or trust only. For example, when you love someone do you believe it or do you KNOW it? Do you have to consult a list of symptoms to determine whether or not your are in love? Of course not! You just know. You know BECAUSE you know and that knowing is faith.

All the great philosophers and great religions tend to agree on at least one thing. If you want to do something and believe you can have it and show persistence that doesn't recognize failure, then you will succeed. When you mix the emotion of faith with your thoughts and desires you draw on all the power of your mind and you can accomplish what you wish and make your life exactly how you wish it to be.

We have the power to develop faith for our plans at will. How? Faith can only be developed by the process of influencing the subconscious mind. And the subconscious mind can only be influenced through repetition of thought. If you can make the subconscious mind believe your desires through repetition of thought then you WILL have what you want .

Follow these instructions on creating faith, use them daily and you are sure to find what you are looking for:

1. Know exactly what you want and what you plan to give in return for it and WRITE IT DOWN. This is very important that you are SPECIFIC with your wants and desires so your subconscious can understand exactly what you need. Has your significant other ever sent you to the store requesting you bring back something "good"? Then you will definitely understand the value in being specific.

2. Decide on the exact date that you want to receive or achieve your desire and include it into your written statement. Imagine there are two people that want to go to Hawaii and neither has the money to go. One wants to go to Hawaii "some day" and the other wants to go "in the next 12 months". Now, who do you think will come up with a workable plan to make this desire a reality?

3. Read your written statement loud at least twice a day. When you read your statement make sure your words are mixed well with belief positive emotions (love, hope, enthusiasm, etc) and SEE yourself doing and receiving want you want. The subconscious understands more easily and more readily accepts thoughts that are mixed with emotions, visualization, and belief than the mere reading of cold unemotional statements.

4. Begin to work your plan to receive immediately and if your plan fails replace it with a new one. Persistence is key to using faith to achieve success. Don't EVER give up and you WILL succeed.
