Many people watch the movie "The Secret," get excited about the Law of Attraction and immediately start trying to manifest the object of their desires. Soon, however, most of them give up after they have not reached success. These are the three major mistakes, which are responsible for these people's failure:

Mistake No1: Not knowing exactly what you want.

No, it is not good enough to say: "I want to have abundance" or "I want to have happiness." You have to be precise with the Universe. For example, in the case of desiring greater abundance, it would be a good idea to come up with an exact figure and a time frame for its attainment. In any situation, you would first have to decide firmly what you want and then proceed to claim it from the Universe.

Mistake No2: Dealing in negative terms.

As you might recall the gurus from "The Secret" saying, the Universe could not tell negative from positive. In other words, when you are saying "I don't want to be unhappy anymore," the Universe does not hear the negative part and only hears unhappy, so this is what you get. To put it bluntly, the Universe does not like complaining people and leaves them wallowing in their misery, even if they might beg her to help them end it. On the other hand, the Universe loves happy and grateful people, who despite of the fact that they want more out of life, are greatly appreciative of what they already have.

Mistake No3: Being impatient about the results.

So, we assume that you know exactly what you want. You want to become a millionaire by the end of the year. You are also completely grateful for what you have in the moment, so you are safe from committing the second mistake. But still, the year passes, and you are still nowhere near becoming a millionaire. So what did you do wrong?

Here we should discuss the Law of Gender, which is another one of the great laws next to the Law of Attraction. This law postulates that each thing, which comes into creation, has a certain gestation period. For example, it takes 9 months for a human baby to be born and everyone accepts that and does not require the baby to be born earlier. Unfortunately, we have a problem with the manifestation of metaphysical desires, and that is the fact that we can never be certain how long it will take for them to become a reality. Someone might be able to become a millionaire in an year, and for another person it might take 5 or 10 years.

So, one should not forget that fact and should stick to their dream and keep working on it until it is realized. After all, life is meaningless unless we follow our dreams, right?
