Giving is yet another recurring theme that you will see me bring up and talk about over and over because it is so important to not only your material success but the peace, joy, and fulfillment that you will be able to have in your life as a result.
One of the reasons why people do not give is because they operate from a mindset of lack. Whether conscious or subconscious (the latter is more dangerous because it can be difficult to face head-on) their perception is that whey they give to others, they lose something.
Operating from a mindset of lack is a sign of a mind that is geared toward poverty. A wealthy mindset is characterized by an outlook of abundance, where there is plenty for everyone, it only need to circulated so that all may enjoy the fruits of what the universe has to offer.
In this wealthy mindset of abundance, when you give to others, you gain something. You gain because since there is an ever-flowing current of goodness and resources, you are constantly receiving from the giving of others as you are freely giving TO others.
Learn to adopt a mindset of abundance that allows you to freely give and experience the free giving of others. Resist the animal urge to see everyone who may be like you as competition and instead find ways that you can collaborate with them.
Abundance IS the way of wealth. Live it. Love it!
