Professional Teeth Whitening ProductsA Dentists Perspective I understand that most people cannot afford to have their teeth whitened by a professional. So for those people, I produced this article so they can avoid spending unnecessary money and avoid permenantly damaging their teeth. Teeth whitening is nothing new. I've been carring out the procedure for my clients since the mid 1980's. What has developed over the years is the 'at home' teeth whitening market. At first, there was a sizeable difference between the finish a person would get from a professional whitener at my clinic and a one of these 'at home' kits. People would come and visit me after the whitener they used either had no effect, or had bleached their teeth a garish, dazzling white (there is nothing a professional can do in this case). Current Whitening Products While technology has advanced, there is still a vast difference between individual whiteners and some unscrupulous companies still produce a sub-standard product. It is vital that you use a product that has been recommended by your dentist. Don't simply search google. These are some of the products I do NOT recommend to my clients: Alta White, Idol White, Ultra White, the list goes on and on... So rather than waste your time telling you which products are bad and why they are bad, I'll cut to the chase. A product known as ?offer_id=234&aff_id=907" Extreme Whitener (don't let the name put you off) is what I always recommend to my clients. It is actually the only whitener that I currently recommend. Good Points:
Bad Points:
The company runs a free trial which you can get by clicking here ?offer_id=234&aff_id=907" , this is where we, and my clients get it from. Try it and see what you think, if you don't like it (very unlikely), then you never have to buy it. Hopefully this article will stop anybody else coming into my clinic crying because of what a teeth whitener has done to their teeth. |
