Getting dumped is tough and emotionally draining and often you're not even going to be sure why it is happening to you. If you just can't stop thinking about how to win your ex back, calm down and take a deep breath.

Secret #2 - You must be willing to use psychological pulls to plant a seed in your ex's mind. What is this psychological pull? Well, you need to give them an element of shock and surprise.

If you've been the one who has done all the chasing up to this point, suddenly go the opposite direction. Give them NO attention at all.

If you have just been ignoring your ex completely, then give them a call, a letter, something! Break the current pattern you're on and leave them wondering. You don't want them to know and predict everything that is going to happen between you.
