Teenage acne can be very stressful. Teenage years are very self conscious ones because it feels like everybody is watching you. No teenager wants to feel ugly and unhappy. Teenagers with acne are normally made fun of by their peers making teenage acne sufferers lose a lot of self confidence inside. When you feel ugly and unwanted you feel really bad, but for a teenager this is amplified by 2 times because their peers will mock them openly.

Many teenage acne sufferers do not know what to do when they get acne. Many look for ointments they have seen on the TV and they have later come to realize that they don't work at all. Some go to the dermatologist and get prescription drugs. The thing about prescription drugs, it works very well for some people but it does not work at all for most.

You don't have to go for ointments or prescription drugs because there are many easier ways to get rid of acne. Simple things that you can every day what will gradually make your skin look much healthier and acne free.

1. Drink 8 cups of water a day.

If you drink at least 8 cups of water a day your skin will get better very fast. The acne rejuvenates our bodies by cleaning out all the harmful toxins and bacteria what are causing the acne. Water is a very effective acne treatment

2. Toothpaste.

Toothpaste is a great way to get rid of pimples. Rub the toothpaste on your pimples every night and you will gradually see your skin get better. Toothpaste is a very effective acne treatment

3. Stop eating junk food.

Junk foods are one of the main reasons people get horrible acne. The oily fats creates bad bacteria in our bodies resulting in stronger acne. What ever you do stay away from junk food
