As the saying goes, all nursing women need 3 bras, one to wear, one in the drawer and one in the wash. However, if you are like most women, you don't do the wash every day or even every other day, so you may need a more than three bras in your wardrobe. Here are 3 bra styles that I recommend to just about every nursing mom:

This bra has been around for years and comes in just about every size that exists. The Basic and Plus sizes are a cross over design with a T-shirt Y back. You can pull down to nurse or unsnap the front straps. The back design is great for 24 hour wear with no closures or hooks to irritate your back when lying down. The Double Plus for larger cup sizes fits straight across the front for added support and nursing access is from the snaps on the front straps.

Since nursing moms usually nurse 24 hours a day, especially in the early weeks and months, this bra becomes your go-to bra for nighttime wear and daytime lounge wear when you are looking for comfort and light support.
The Bravado Body Silk Seamless Nursing bra is another style that stretches to fit a variety of cup and chest sizes while offering a very comfortable fit. This bra comes with removable molded foam pads that serve the multi purpose of molding your shape and hiding nipples while protecting you from showing any leakage. The seamless buttery soft fabric is very comfortable for sensitive skin and extended wear while offering very good support. This bra looks very good under your clothes and does not look like a cumbersome nursing bra and has easy to use one handed nursing clips.
