Vaginosis is a bacterial infection that affects almost 70% of women during their fertile years. Many a times it goes unnoticed and women leave it untreated. b) Secondly, after getting rid of the bad bacteria you must take steps to restore the natural vaginal flora to enable the good bacteria to thrive in. For this I made use of vinegar to restore the acidic nature of my vagina.
c) Thirdly, I used natural remedies to reintroduce good bacteria in my vagina which was the final part of my bacterial vaginosis treatment plan. For this I used to directly insert Lactobacillus Acidophilus capsule vaginally.
I was able to treat vaginosis successfully by following the above plan for around 7 days. I am not sure if this will work for others- however considering that it is an all natural plan it is definitely worth a try. However remember this is not a quick fix remedy- it will work provided you are willing to try out the remedies for a week or so
