One of the biggest problems that comes with acne is the treatments and medications that are available to you. Many of the treatments can cause your face to turn red, peal, dry out, and create new blemishes. Many of these treatments won't even get rid of the acne. Not only do you still have to put up with those nasty pimples, but you also have to put up with the side effects of the treatments.

In this article were going to take a look at few ways that you can treat your acne naturally. These tips and methods should give off allot less of those nasty side effects.

Tip #1: Your Diet

Most medical experts will tell you that diet has no real effect on acne. This really isn't true. Many people swear that certain foods aggravate their acne. They are right for thinking so. What those foods might be will depend on the person. For one it might be chocolate and for another it might be greasy foods. What is important is to make note of what foods do bother your acne condition. Make certain that you avoid those foods.

Tip #2: Colon Cleanse

There are many illnesses that start from the colon and intestine. Over the years you get allot of junk built up in there that never gets released from your body. The waist will then come out of the skin as pimples. This waist may even come out as something else all together. There are various ways you can go about cleaning your colon and intestine. One of the best ways is to simply switch over to a mostly vegetarian diet.

Tip #3: Liver Flush

A liver flush is another great way to get rid of acne. Pollution and other waists can cause your liver to not function properly. This can lead to a severe acne problem. A liver flush may even cause you to pass stones from your body that you didn't know you even had. You might want to look for a good kit online to help you out with this.

Tip #4: Green Tea

Green tea is a very good drink to help deal with acne. The more of it you drink on a daily bases often the better. At least five cups a day for good results. This is a great replacement for those who like to drink lots of coffee.

Tip #5: Smoking And Stress

Smoking is a bad habit for many different reasons. Smoking isn't good for your skin in any way at all. It can even cause premature aging. Stress is also a major cause of acne. You may find yourself breaking out under pressure. Find methods that will help you relax. Listen to relaxing music, do yoga, or meditation.
