Quitting smoking can be demanding especially if you have several means and it didn't work. In this article, I want to show you how you can stop panting for cigarette like water.

1) Don't ever make the mistake of going out with sticks of smoke if you want to really quit smoking.

2. Buy your cigarettes only once a week, allotting so many a day. Decrease the amount of cigarettes you will smoke by one or two a day. It doesn't seem like a lot but at the end of the week you will have smoked 7-14 less cigarettes a week.

3.) Gradually reduce the money you use in buying cigarette. This is very powerful if you must quit smoking in 2010 and beyond. It will be hard on the flesh but the result is great.

4)This third point may sound and look crazy but I want to let you know that it works like magic. Get your right hand burnt with hot water. I tell you all through the time that you will experience the pain, you will never think of smoking again.

5)Take enough pepper mint and lots of water. If you implement all other method above and did not apply this one, it is like a waste of time. This point cannot be over emphasize if you really want to quit smoking.

6) Do little exercise like jogging and walking for a minimum of 45 minutes. It will help matter as you body metabolism now work together to fight every unhealthy habit in which smoking is one of them. The above tips will help you to quit smoking if you apply the truths revealed here religiously. It is your turn to quit smoking just like me
