Feeling good and happy is very important for our global well-being. When we are happy, our energy flows better throughout our body and we can be in harmony physically, emotionally and spiritually. When we focus on negative events, it is easy to start feeling bad and to let that negativity take us down. So here is my first tip to feel happy right now:
1. Smile
A smile is so simple, yet so powerful. When it is not forced, a smile is a genuine sign of happiness. When you give a smile to anyone for any reason, chances are really high that you will get one in return. Just notice and appreciate these little moments.
2. Be Happy for Who You Are
You are a unique person connected to a global universal consciousness. You have great powers inside yourself whether you are acknowledging and using them or not. You have talents and skills and there are things that you can do better than anyone. Focus on these skills and be happy and grateful to have them.
3. Look for the Good in Everything
Everything is happening for a reason. Look for the good in any situation or person that is showing up in your life. Let go of any negativity and see what good this person or situation can bring to you. Ultimately, we are all the same in our universal consciousness. When you judge or condemn anything, you are judging and condemning yourself at the same time. When you appreciate someone or some situation, you are appreciating yourself too.
4. Make Someone Happy
The Law of Attraction states that whatever you give out comes back to you multiplied. If you give happiness to someone, even more happiness will come back to you. Go ahead and tell some good jokes or exaggerate a normal situation into an absurd funny one. It's quite hard for us not to feel good when we are making somebody else feel good too.
5. Feel Grateful for What You Have
Gratitude is extremely important. In fact, I already created an entire article on this subject. When you feel really grateful for something that you have or that you want, you will automatically feel good and happy. Make a list of what you are grateful for. Review this list constantly and add to it everyday. If you don't know where to start, you can be grateful for your parents, kids, house, husband/wife, friends, career, health, legs, arms, hair, ears, eyes and so on!
These were my 5 tips to be happy. You can use them now and for the rest of your life to feel happy everyday as much as possible. Life is meant to be enjoyed!
