If you suffer from Eczema or dermatitis and want a Permanent fix, then you've come to the right place. I've shared my experience at my blog to help others whocontinue to sufferlike I used to .

Eczemais a form of dermatitis – or inflammation of the epidermis (outer layer of skin). In descriptive terms, eczema is a skin condition that may include one or more of the following conditions:redness, swelling, itching and dryness, crusting, flaking, blistering, cracking, oozing, or bleeding. And if the overwhelming itchiness causes you to scratch your rash, you may open up a lesion resulting inscarring.

Now that you know what eczema is, I'll tell you what it isn't – I was led to believe that eczema is not curable. With that in mind I'll show you how to get immediate eczema relief from the itching, scratching, swelling, redness.

*Note: If you currently have eczema cut caffeine, alcohol, dairy products, acidic fruits, fried and processed foods, wheat and gluten, as much as you can from your daily diet. These are common allergens responsible for causing and prolonging eczema.

First, start treatment when the first signs of skin irritation appear – it will not always lead to eczema, but it's easier to prevent an outbreak before it happens. Avoid creams and lotions that that contain alcohol – these lotions may temporarily relieve the discomfort but will dry out the skin and may actually prolong and worsen the dermatitis. The same goes for other prescriptions – they are going to give you temporary eczema because they treat the symptoms. I want go into the cancer risks of using Elidel, Douglan, Protopic, etc.

Light therapy, also known as tanning, can aid in eczema relief. The deep penetrating rays of both UVA and UVB light waves can control the dermatitis – overexposure could lead to a sunburn, obviously.Oatmealhas anti-inflammatory properties and can be used as a lotion to naturally alleviate symptoms. However, oatmeal can provoke a flare-up on some individuals. Asalt water bathcan alleviate symptoms – sea salt included. Avoid perfumed bath salts. Also, many studies have found the lack of fatty acids in our daily diets have directly effected eczema outbreaks in individuals. Make sure you consume fish that is rich inOmega 3fatty acids – this could drastically provide you with eczema relief and prevent future outbreaks. Your diet is the most important when it comes to eczema prevention.
