The present world is now running fast and we, humans are run faster to catch up this speed. Most of the people can not provide themselves appropriate time for relaxation, enjoyment, holidays etc. On the other hand, most of them are not making the right use of " target="_self" relaxation technique by taking a few pills and getting themselves treated by the doctor. The pills do give relaxation exactly but they are short lived. After a certain point of time, the brain tends to become tensed again and we might start feeling too much of mental pressure.

There are some effective tips to practically help you relax and release tension easily at home. First of all, loosen your clothing and stay in a comfortable position. If you are sitting, provide yourself a comfortable and proper chair with good back support. Carefully select some proper period of time and make sure that there won’t be any interruption during the relaxation period. Stay in silent and clam place where little or no noise can be occurred.

Step by Step to be relaxed!

1. Tighten your toe muscles with counting of 10. Relax and enjoy the feeling of tension release.

2. Tighten the neck and shoulders with holding for 5-10 seconds before releasing. By this way, you can feel more release on your back, neck and shoulders.

3. Close your eyes and rest them with a deep breath through your nose and exhale through your mouth. When breathing in, let your stomach expand as much as possible and keep it back to normal during breathing out.

4. Concentrate on your breathing step slowly and calmly. Follow your breathing air as if it slowly moves throughout your body. Leave your breath out for a relatively long period of time. Repeat all step a few more times and you can slowly feel more calm and peaceful.

5. While you are in the breath controlling steps, slowly survey your total body from head to toe. Are there any tension part? If so, take a few more deep breaths, hold it and then release the breathing air slowly.

Additional tools - Get yourself more relax

Apart from the silent room with comfortable chair, you can take advantage of bathroom by taking a nice, long bath tube with warm water. Put dim light with clam smell of candle. Additionally turn on some kind of relaxing music which scientifically can help you reduce intension and anxiety.

" target="_self" Relaxing Music - What is a special help?

Recently there is some special software known as Brain Wave that acts directly on the brain through sound waves and changes the basic character of the brain with few frequency waves. After a while, the brains will translate that certain signal into the cool down order from your brain through your body automatically. The waves are accompanied by a few soothing sounds like soft music, sounds from nature etc. These sounds have a very good effect on the brains and give us that much " target="_self" needed relaxation , which we never get from pills.
