Anxiety attacks are really serious. You must have heard a lot about mental disorder. The problem is that most people believe that these disorders would strike only a certain type of people. However, this is wrong. The fact is that anxiety attacks can strike anyone.

There are several types of disorders that exist around the world. These include anxiety disorders, panic attacks and social anxieties. These attacks can result in mild discomfort and also in more complicated and debilitating agoraphobia. This is a condition that can strike anyone.

Anyone who is leading a normal life can suffer from this attack. The attack comes without giving you any signs of warning. This attack leaves you feeling weak and extremely helpless. The heart starts pounding and you will have a lot of trouble in breathing. Most people make a mistake of considering this as a heart attack. Some people feel that their end is about to come.

If one has the will power and the strength to overcome the anxiety and panic attacks, it is easy to cope up with this condition. The good news is that yes, it is possible to combat this disease.

First and foremost, you need to understand the symptoms of this disease. Once you learn the symptoms, it would be quite easy for you to cope up with it.

Once you visit a health care practitioner, you will come to know that there is nothing wrong. This is when you suddenly face another attack.

The doctors are not able to trace it because panic or anxiety attacks are not categorized under physical conditions.

i) Recurrent/obsessive thoughts; Feelings of moroseness; Morbid thoughts of death

j) Inability to concentrate; Tension; Nervousness; Feeling of agitation

k) Panic; Tenor

l) Feelings of unreality: Different kinds of phobias; Confusion

m) Cold chills; Hot flashes

n) Visual changes including the light seem to be too bright or seeing spots etc.

o) Blushing skin; Red blotchy skin; Muscle tension; Twitching

Once you notice any of the above mentioned symptoms, it is very important to visit your health care professional. Early detection of this disease can trigger off the treatment as early as possible. It is a quite possible that your doctor doesn’t see anything wrong in your condition.

However, you should be able to convince your doctor about the symptoms and attacks you constantly suffer from.

Once your doctor knows that your attacks are genuine, he or she is going to start the treatment as soon as possible.

Experts are advising not to ignore the symptoms of this disease. Visit a doctor as soon as possible.
