Her latest physical figure only revealed that alas, her dieting struggles had ended, and she looks sexy now. In the latest issue of US weekly, she confessed that she had unhealthy eating style when she gorged on junk foods that led her to balloon into size 15. She admitted that she could not go without chicken fingers, French fries, and ice cream.
Upon seeing herself on the photos taken by paparazzi, Hilary realized how huge she became. Duff then made a decision to dedicate and commit into strict protein and vegetable diet. Now, she does not have to stress out into fitting a bathing suit.
However, when media saw her again they speculated that since Hilary becomes too skinny, she is into drugs. She denied having something to do with drugs. Yet, she believes that in the entertainment world, nobody can please everyone.

Swimming is her favorite cardiovascular exercise. Hilary swims while she tours. She alternates on 7 laps of each freestyle, breast, butterfly and sidestroke everyday.
