Smoking is very bad as it can cause serious problems to your health. More particularly, you will have to suffer from lung damage. Another thing to consider is the harmful effects of smoke to your neighbors. It is true that the passive smokers closely around a smoker are also equally affected, or even more affected than the actual smoker. This is because the smoke puffed out by a smoker affects directly the persons who inhale the air around. The puffed out smoke is more harmful than the tobacco stuff in a cigarette as the smoke puffed in by the smoker circulates inside the smoker's mouth for a few seconds. Momentarily, the smoke inside the mouth gets additionally poisoned before puffing out. So, it is repeatedly reiterated to stop smoking.

It is for your information that you are to gain a lot more for you than just to lose anything. When you decide to stop smoking means you are going to keep safe from lung damage and other health hazards. Here are some points to elevate you to decide stop smoking.

*You know well that your lungs are damaged while you are smoking.  Once you stop smoking means you are protecting your respiratory system and lungs for proper function.

*Ultimately, smoking affects lungs and simultaneously it tells upon your tongue too. The soaring Taste Buds lose their power of tasting the foods. You can feel the real taste of what you bite and chew inside your mouth when you choose to Quit Smoking.

*The next stage is hurting respiratory system. The smoke hurts your throat and the respiratory canal leading to the lungs. You may feel an irritation throughout this respiratory track. Stopping to smoke can be saving your respiratory system from being damaged further.

*Above all you will be developing backened lips which will be self exposing to others. You will evolve a very bad smell that can make your ‘Beloved' ones say Goodbye for Love-Friendship. If you stop smoking you can have a healthy tie up with your ‘Beloveds'.

*Another worst thing what deadly smoking can do is to develop cancer symptoms. Though you are sure of developing more chance for cancer it is meaningless that you continue to smoke dozens of cigarettes in a day. If you choose to stop smoking you are safe to escape from the risk of cancer: Mouth cancer, Throat cancer, and Lungs cancer.

So it's good that you make soon a decision to stop smoking.
