By now you should have developed your eczema diet so that it's keeping you healthy and eliminating your eczema all year round.

You can continue with your eczema diet all year round. However people who have more experience with the eczema diet will find it easy to continue with it during the autumn and winter months.

The problem is that some people feel that they might suffer from the cold weather during the winter months. In fact some people do suffer but the the majority do not suffer with the cold at all.

There is no need to give up your eczema diet during the winter months risking the return of your eczema and all that negativity that comes with it.

Here are some tips to help you through the cold winter months:

Tip #1: Skin Rash Eczema – Adapting Your Eczema Diet for Winter

Increase the amount of wholegrain foods that you include in your daily diet. Instead of just having brown rice for the evening dinner, include a jacket potato at lunch time too. Do not reduce the amount of raw foods you are eating.

Tip #2: Skin Rash Eczema – Adapting Your Eczema Diet for Winter

Add a bowl of wholesome homemade vegetable soup to your daily menu. The benefit of adding soup is that you are increasing the amount of vegetables to your daily menu and the amount of hot liquid you consume.

Tip #3: Skin Rash Eczema – Adapting Your Eczema Diet for Winter

Add hot peppers and ginger to your salads and stir fries. These foods have the ability to create warmth internally and will help you to feel comfortable.
