Got a family member who suffered from a cardiac arrest? We all know that having this kind of health issue can be quite stressful. There are uncertainties that will be met, plus anxieties as well that will wear down the patient. And these things that can be felt by your patient in your home add up to the burden and worsen the stress of the patient. And we all know what stress does right? A higher stress levels will only lead to an increased blood pressure. And this in turn can give rise to a rash of complications. This is a reality, but still you can do something about it. You can adopt measures that can serve as cure and treatment for heart attack. The most common cure and treatment for heart attack is often in the form of drug, or in some cases these cures and treatment for heart attack are pricey. But there is a cheaper way or method that can be used as cure and treatment for heart attack. Did you know that even the music that you play inside your home will have an impact of the heart attack patient? The bases for this are the numerous studies and researches made on the subject. For example there is this study that was conducted by the Arts and Quality of Life Research Center of the Temple University in Philadelphia. Their study suggests that by just listening to music, cardiac arrest patients may get well easy but surely. For them, music is a cure and treatment for heart attack. But the study sampled only a few, so the promise of music as a cure and treatment for heart attack is still problematic. The study that was conducted by the center gathered the data coming from twenty three (23) studies and all these studies included more than a thousand patients. Two of the studies conducted indicated that the patients were attended by trained musical therapists. And the rest of the studies did not involved trained music therapists, and instead that made use of pre-recorded music stored on CDs. On these researches, it was noted that the music that was played gave some form of relief to the cardiac arrest patients who are also at risk from anxiety. The music played according to these studies effectively reduced the heart rate of patients and their blood pressure. Other than these effects, it was noted as well that the cardiac arrest patients did report improve mood and they were happier when subjected to music. Aside from the study that was conducted by the Arts and Quality of Life Research Center, there's this one study that was also reported by Professor Luciano Bernardi as posted on the Journal of the American Heart Association. On this research, it was found out that the increasing crescendo of the music played can have an effect on the heart and thus can be used in the patient's rehabilitation. Now that you know music is a cure and treatment for heart attack will you ever use it? If you want a cheaper alternative, then get into the groove and use music as cure and treatment for a heart attack .
