You look wistfully at thosesmooth, silky, strong and sculpted thin thighs of the celebrities, models, actresses, athletes and sports persons whose pictures you see on the glossy fashion magazine covers, ad boards and TV programs.

How you wish your thighs were thin and slim like these blessed people so you could proudly sport them before your friends and admirers! You wonder if you too can ever have the same slim, slender and sexy thighs that you have always dreamt of!

You do not have to despair at the sight of your ugly and flabby thighs and legs. You do not have to whine as you watch the big mounds of flesh bobbing up and down on your butt.  You should not blame your genes for having caused them to be what they are.

You too can tone up your muscles and reduce the ugly fat on your thighs and legs.

You can sculpt your legs and make your rear end holy, tight, high up and lifted. You can have a slimming dancer’s body and wear shorter skirts, thongs and those fabulous red Nike shorts. You can go for swimming, playing, dancing and doing just about any thing if only to show off your firm, strong and thin thighs and legs.

There are always two ways of doing the things. One way is difficult and involves lots of hard and strenuous workouts.

If you follow this way, you have to spend huge amounts of money on buying machines for tiring workouts. You have to perform strange looking gymnastics, aerobics or even difficult yogic exercises that involve turning and twisting your thighs and legs into painful formations.

The other way of thinning your thighs involves doing easy and smart exercises that achieve even better results in shorter span of time. Since they are easy and simple exercises, you do not feel tired of them. You almost enjoy them as you do them.

Here is a sample thigh thinning exercise. It can work wonders if you do it with religious regularity and perseverance.

Step 1

Take a chair. Hold on to its upper side or bar of the back. Bend both your knees. Bring one knee towards your chest.

Step 2

Take your leg back to its original position. Extend it slowly backwards and try to squeeze your glute muscle for four/five seconds.

Now return back to the neutral position and do the same exercise with your other leg.

Do this exercise for as many times as you feel comfortable. This exercise is very efficacious in sculpting your hip and toning your thighs in a matter of few days.
