Break up can be an extremely heart breaking and painful experience. If you still love your ex boyfriend or girlfriend very much, you have probably tried doing a lot of things to win your ex back.

However, you might have faced a lot of resistance, pushing your ex further and further away, instead of attracting him or her back. So, the question here is, "Why is that so? How can I win my ex back without creating more resistance from him or her?"

Well, the answer to this question is simply this, "Don't create unnecessary resistance if possible" The problems that happen to many people is that they tend to make certain common mistakes.

Some of the include calling ex over and over again, sending too many test messages or email, trying to profess undying love, trying to stalk an ex to find out if they are meeting someone else etc.

All these things are naturally going to push your ex further away, making it even harder to win them back. The reason why these are considered mistakes is because they make you look needy and desperate in the eye of your ex.

It is human nature that we tend to repel desperate behaviors. Therefore, there is no point in acting against human nature. Sure, you really want to win your ex back and you may really be eager to contact your ex, but don't be too pushy.

Let your ex knows that you are still interested but you do not want to pressure your ex unnecessarily. That is why it is not recommended that you profess your undying love as that can make the situation worse. You want to let your ex knows that you can still lead a meaningful life without him or her.

This takes the pressure off your ex and will not result in too much resistance. Whatever it is, it is important to remember not to exhibit any behavior of desperation and neediness.
