How to win your husband back regardless of the situation? Chances are, this will be the main question in your mind if you still love your husband very much. However, equally important is how you handle your emotional state.

Ultimately, it is extremely unlikely that you will win your husband back by being depressed. However, it is understandable that feeling depress after a break up is normal and it is probably a good idea to allow yourself to feel depress for a short while.

However, you will not want to stay depressed and you are certainly not encouraged to do so. Below are 3 ways that can help you get out of the state of depression.

1) Getting some exercises

When you are feeling depressed, exercise is probably the last thing you want to do. But ironically, the more you don't want to move, the more depressed you will feel. However, if you start to exercise, you may start to feel so much better. Try it. If you don't try, you will never know.

2) Telling someone about it

If you have a friend that you can trust, then by all means tell him or her about your plight. Talking about things can make you feel so much better.

3) Crying out loud

Crying is a very healthy way to relief your emotional tension. If you feel uncomfortable crying in front of others, you can always cry in the privacy of your own room. Do not try to bottle up your emotion. It can be very torturing and you are much better off by letting it out.
