Feelings sometimes change and even though you may have once been deeply in love with your boyfriend, you may not be anymore. Many women face the same dilemma of knowing they need to end their relationship but struggling with how it will make their man feel. If you’ve been wondering how to break up with your boyfriend without hurting him , there are tips that can really help you. If you approach the situation in a very specific way, you can let him down easily without completely breaking his heart.

Learning how to break up with your boyfriend without hurting him includes recognizing that you need to have the talk with him when you’re in a good, calm mood. Sometimes, in the heat of the moment, you may decide that it’s the perfect time to end things. This may be the result of him doing something that annoys or frustrates you. If you try and break up with him right then, it’s going to come across as uncaring and cold. You don’t want this to happen. You have to be in a serene state of mind when you do it, so pick a time when you feel that the two of you are in a good place. It may seem cruel to do this but it will actually help you to be kinder and gentler with him as you tell him it’s time to move on.

Another very important thing to remember when you are considering how to break up with him is to be open to the idea of remaining friends. When a man feels that he’ll still have a connection with the women he cares for, even after the romance is over, he’ll often take the break up easier. Tell him that you want to still have him in your life, if that is indeed what you want. It will help make the transition from partners to friends easier for him.
