As women we seem to have a natural ability to detect when something just isn’t right with the man we adore. In a dating relationship, when you feel that your boyfriend is pulling away a bit it can make you start to question whether or not he’s still as into you as he once was. There are actually some signs your boyfriend is losing interest in you that you should be aware of if you’ve been wondering what he’s feeling recently. Knowing what to look for can help you determine whether the man you love still loves you too.

One of the clear signs your boyfriend is losing interest in you is he’ll suddenly have a laundry list of excuses for why he can’t see you. It’s so easy to tell when a man is in love with a woman by his desire to always be around her. When that starts to change, it’s generally very easy to spot. He’ll call and cancel plans at the last minute. Don’t be surprised if he gets very busy with work or he has to tend to a friend who has problems. These are the type of typical excuses men turn to when they are trying to create distance between themselves and a woman.

You can also tell when a man is starting to disengage from a relationship by the frequency of intimacy. One of the signs your boyfriend isn’t as into you as he once was can be found in how much he wants to make love. If he is the one with the headache or if he sculpts your time together so you don’t end up in a situation that leaves you two alone, that’s a sign that he’s not feeling as emotionally connected to you as he used to.

A lot can be said for how often a person tries to pick a fight with their partner. If a couple is happy and they both feel fulfilled, arguments are kept to a minimum. You both give in to what the other wants sometimes just to avoid confrontation. When the dynamic of the relationship starts to shift, that will change. If your boyfriend deliberately picks fights with you, he’s probably looking for a way out of the relationship. It certainly indicates that he already has one foot out the door. Once you realize that he’s doing this, don’t fall into his trap. You don’t want to find yourself using your emotional energy on an argument that is pointless.
