There are so many emotions floating around after a break up. If you were the person who was dumped what you’ll feel will depend largely on whether you truly loved your ex boyfriend or not. If you did love him and he told you in no uncertain terms that he was done with the relationship, it will leave you feeling devastated and desperate. If you want him back, it can be accomplished. You can learn how to make him regret losing you and have him begging you to come back to him. The key is learning what you should and shouldn’t be doing to make this happen.

Learning how to make him regret losing you starts with understanding that approaching him when you’re emotional is a big no-no. As women we dream of our man falling to his knees in tears proclaiming his undying love and devotion. To us that’s romantic and endearing. To men it’s a sign of emotional instability and desperation. Men are much more impressed when a woman can hold herself together. If you can show him that you’re okay after the break up that will surprise him. He’s expecting you to plead with him to take you back. Don’t do that, it will give him the upper hand. Instead, just smile and tell him that you’re okay with the break up. If you can do that, he’ll be taken aback and will think about your reaction and you.

Men are notorious for wanting the things they can’t have. If you want to make him regret losing you , ensure he senses that you’re not his anymore. Don’t come right out and tell him that he can’t have you back, show him instead. Go out and have fun. Enjoy your life again. Don’t contact him at all during this time. For at least a few weeks after the break up you shouldn’t be calling, emailing or texting your ex. Let him see that you are fine without him and it will have a lingering effect on him.

Once he does contact you again, and he will, treat him solely as a friend. This drives a man crazy when he wants more. Keep any conversations you have with him short and be sure that you’re the one who ends the call first. You have to make him continue to feel as though you’re no longer within his grasp. If you can do this he’ll work hard to regain your attention and affection.
