As Walter Elliott famously quoted it, perseverance isn’t just about long races; it’s about many short races in a row. The words of Elliott seem to have inspired few of the most successful entrepreneurs of the contemporary world. One such example that’s perfectly fit for this context and that has just come to my mind is Shamit Khemka – the young entrepreneur. Shamit is the CEO and Founder of SynapseIndia – one of the most prominent offshore service providers in India.
You might wonder and ask yourself what’s the point in discussing perseverance and Shamit here. Well let me explain why I chose to include Shamit in this paper. His determination is the reason that compels me to write about him. Success didn’t come to Shamit just by chance. It came by making one successful endeavor after another.

The real estate investors welcomed the innovative real estate database and directory introduced by Sampatti.com.
The two ventures instilled an unwavering confidence in Shamit who was soon inspired to come up with his third venture. This time he came up with a complete offshoring solution for overseas clients looking to outsource their work to India. His third venture Synapse India has become the most preferred outsourcing destination among the overseas businesses.
The continuing endeavors towards achieving excellence through innovation are the stepping-stones of success that makes Shamit a role model for numerous budding entrepreneurs.
