Your step to quit Smoking may not be as easy as it sounds but with perseverance and determination, nothing is impossible. These answers would give you a clear view as to how to go about getting rid of nicotine forever. Ask yourself if you are quitting for yourself. You can have three objectives: Yes, Maybe, No. Tick the appropriate answer which you feel is right. The second question is to find out if you understand that smoking is bad for your health again answer it according to what you feel.
