You will find that the Law of Attraction and positive thinking go hand in hand. When you state your intentions and visualize the manifestation of your desires, you need to think positively in order to bring them into being- negative thoughts or feelings of doubt will block them from coming into your life. However, you can also use the Law of Attraction to build a positive attitude. It is incredible tough to be positive all the time, because there are times when you can't help but feel depressed or doubtful, but you will need to fight these thoughts and fight the need to bring negative energy into your life.

To help yourself think positively, lighten up a little bit. When you take yourself too seriously, you run the risk of looking stupid. You will also find that a bit of humor can make you feel better and there are also many physiological benefits from laughter. You should find that the minute you lighten up, you will feel your stress ease.

Don't forget to laugh, and laugh often. There are going to be times through the process of using the Law of Attraction that you will feel overwhelmed, however, you will need to learn to laugh about things. A lot of people find that when they are able to laugh, things just seem to be a whole lot better.

If you really want to learn anything from the experience of using the Law of Attraction then you will need to learn how to appreciate the things that you have in your life right now and be grateful for them. You need to show those who you care about that you also appreciate them; what you give to the world, you get from the world. For you to love, you need to give love. Feeling gratitude brings more into your life to feel grateful for. You will also me naturally more receptive to receiving your intentions.

Also, you need to set yourself up to expect that opportunity is just around the corner. Quite often, the universe will send us an idea or a thought to help us to manifest our intentions- if you are open to receiving these then you will be far more likely to spot opportunities presented to you.

You need to learn how to listen to your gut feelings. A lot of people will go against their intuition and each time that they do, they seem to become lost. A gut feeling or sudden inspiration is likely to be the universe's way of pointing you along the path to achieving your desires, so put some trust and faith in yourself and the Law of Attraction.

If you are really struggling to maintain a positive outlook, try using the Law of Attraction to manifest one. State it as an intention, for example, ‘I am so happy and grateful now that I think positively at all times, allowing the Law of Attraction to manifest my desires into my life'. Imagine yourself thinking positively and conjure up how you would feel if you had a positive outlook at all times.

After a while you should find that you naturally feel much more positive; as well as allowing your intentions to manifest into your life, you should also feel a greater sense of happiness and well being.
