Here is a five step acne regimen for sensitive skin :

1. Regular Exercise

Exercising regularly can stave off outbreaks of acne by reducing stress, negative emotion and depression. Wear non synthetic exercise outfits. loose fitting clothing of cotton and natural blends to prevent trapped moisture and heat. Wash you training clothes regularly to prevent build up of bacteria.

2. Cosmetics

Use hypo-allergenic, alcolhol free and oil free perfumes and cosmetics to prevent clogged pores, skin irritation and allergic reactions.For women this is the best acne regimen for sensitive skin.

3. Diet

Eat plenty of vitamins and minerals. Lean foods, like vegetables and white meat have less  oil and carbohydrates and will help prevent oily skin and blocked pores. Take a good quality vitamin supplement every day.

4. Fluids

Drink plenty of water. Water is the best thing for cleansing the body internally and washing away toxins which can cause sensitive and oily skin leading to blocked pores and acne outbreaks.


5. Stress

Avoid stressing your body as well as your mind by avoiding oily make up and avoid too much sun. A variety of emotions can cause internal stress like worry and depression. Get plenty of sleep and try to keep to a regular sleep pattern.

These are just some of the key elements of an acne regimen for sensitive skin and can help prevent acne outbreaks in adolescents and adults.

Embarking on a proven acne treatment program is a sure-fire way to combat acne outbursts and can have amazing results. Sensible eating,  avoiding bad cosmentics and stress are vitally important.
