There are many reasons that you might want a girl. It's a very special thing for a mother to be able to share things with her daughter. It's also very special for fathers to have a "daddy's little girl." You may want to give your child a sister. Or maybe, you already have a boy and want "one of each." All of these are valid and reasonable desires and in the following article, I will offer you tips and advice to help you make this goal a reality. All of the methods are noninvasive, inexpensive, and natural.
You Must Have A Workable Plan And You Must Be Diligent. (You Only Get One Chance To Get It Right):So many women write to me and tell me how much they want a girl. But, when I ask them what they are doing to make this a reality, they give me vague phrases like they are "trying different sexual positions," "looking at their diet," "using a conception calendar," or "hoping for the best."
You may totally luck out with one of these methods, but you can do so much better. If you diligently follow what I'm about to tell you, you can raise your odds of getting daughter as high as ninety percent or more. But, you'll need to be very methodical with this. You'll need to be picky about the days on which you conceive and you'll need to have higher standards on how you accomplish this.
Because if you go into this process just shooting at a moving target and hoping for the best, you're missing out on a lot of pretty easy opportunities. But, you'll have to approach this in a calculated way, which I'll explain below.
Understand The Necessary Steps, Use The Necessary Tools, And Cross Off Each Objective As You Reach Them:
Basically, conceiving a girl is a three step process:
1. You need to conceive at a very specific time - three days before you ovulate.
2. You need to conceive in a very specific way - using shallow penetration.
3. You need to significantly raise your acidity to get a very high PH.
Now, there is a reason for all of these things. Without getting too specific, the X or girl producing sperm is very strong, while the Y or boy producing sperm is very weak (but also fast.) You only get one chance at this. Once a Y sperm fertilizes your egg, you've got a son. So, if you want a girl, you can not allow this to happen. Since the girl sperm are so long lived, you can afford to conceive early (because the boy sperm will die off), you can use shallow penetration (as girl sperm can easily make this long trip), and you need a high PH (because it will kill off boy sperm, but not harm the girls).
Now, this is a lot to think about, I know. But again, let's come up with a workable plan. First things first. Because changing your acidity will likely take the longest, the first thing that you want to do is test your PH. You can do this easily will little saliva testing strips that will tell you exactly how acidic you are. (You can get these at nutrition stores.) Now, depending on your reading, you're going to have to tweak your diet, use specific douches (or both if you want really quick results.) You should continue to use the strips so that you can gage what's working and will know when you're getting close to the level where you need to be.
Next, you'll want to figure out your perfect conception day. Remember that this is three days before ovulation. So, you need a really reliable ovulation predictor. In my humble opinion, basal temperature, guesstimating, or trying to figure out your cervical mucus just doesn't cut it. Invest in a good saliva or urine predictor that will give you a concrete, reliable answer.
Your goal is for your PH to peak just as you approach the three days prior to ovulation. This isn't as hard as it sounds. There are some very effective douche recipes and food list that can help. Finally, as you approach this, remember to use sexual positions that allow for shallow penetration.
